Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original protective materials and crate to ensure it is not damaged during its return journey.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be shipped with full insurance coverage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition matches our records, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
